Daniel contributed to evaluating the business from operational and technical perspectives, supported transaction execution, and later helped drive value creation initiatives through engineering leadership, execution improvements, and strategic development.

With more than 15 years of experience in industrial engineering and automation-driven companies, Daniel combines transaction execution with hands-on operating expertise. He understands how to assess businesses beyond financial statements — identifying operational risks, technical differentiation, growth constraints, and practical opportunities to strengthen performance and scalability.
